Featuring 3 Terrifying Attractions!
Surgeon Manor: The residence on the property, Surgeon Manor, was a large 2 story Victorian farmhouse with 6 bedrooms and only two bathrooms. With so many rooms the doctor decided to rent out rooms to the impoverished of Fayetteville. Thus, providing the doctor with an endless supply of patients to experiment on. What the residents and even the staff of Surgeon Manor didn’t know was that many of their fellow guests ended up as experiments in the Surgeon Labs. However, Surgeon Manor is still home to some of the poor souls who died in that house. For those seeking a thrill adventure head to the Surgeon Manor and see if the stories are true… And if you’re lucky you might not see the Delamorte’s.
Slaughter House: The slaughterhouse is the home of the Delamorte bunch. They are a personal inhumane clean up crew to the doctor himself. From gathering dead experimentations, to finding new victims for Dr. Surgeon to experiment on. They are the most sadistic, and psychopathic family known to the Fayetteville area. They are straight from Texas, and their Sadistic tendencies stem back all the way to Fulton Delamorte Senior. They get down with the sinners, and the bloodier the better.
Backwoods Terror Ranch Graveyard: Where sadistic souls are laid to rest. Enter if you DARE...
The Dystopian Abyss
The Dystopian Abyss, the Haunted Trail that will leave you questioning your sanity. A winding path that snakes through the backwoods of the ranch, where lost souls lurk in the shadows preparing to inflict a nightmare infested wound on all who cross the threshold. Do you have what it takes to overcome the malevolent ties that try to bind you to these grounds? This includes a Tractor Pulled Covered Wagon Ride to and from The Dystopian Haunted Trail.

Review This HauntHAPPY HALLOWEEN
The Haunted House is decorated with great awesomeness. I love walking through the house and would love to go through looking at the fine details of everything in there if we didn't have to keep moving along...it's just that cool. The slaughter house is like a maze of darkness and strobes, and very scary actors. The walk out in the woods was my favorite part. You never knew what was lurking out there in the dark, it was a good walk through with great decorations, actors, fog, lights, etc. The props at Backwoods are excellent. The owners and actors are super nice people. Love the gift shop, food vendor, animals, and reptile house also. This place is just simply cool! See you at Christmas time for another exceptional holiday experience! Both attractions are my go-to every year. 👍

Email Verified Backwoods Terror is scary good
This year they have outdone their selves. The Manor is longer and has a whole new floor plan, the slaughter house is terrifying and creepy. They have added a haunted trail this year and it was amazing! The actors were on point in all the attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. This is our go to for Haunted houses!!!!

Perfect Last Minute Friday Family Night
Bought the 9pm VIP tickets at 8pm, super last minute but it worked out! I thought that it meant I was only allowed there for an hour, but there were no strict guidelines as to how long you can stay! The owner Fred Surgeon was actively involved the whole night, very kind, and incredibly helpful. Great for ANY ages, the staff was AWESOME (climbing on the walls, high energy, etc.), props were INCREDIBLE, had to leave a great review!

Best Haunted house
The Backwoods Terror Ranch is something like I have never seen before! The attention to detail, and the actors performances were absolutely terrifying! The slaughter house is absolutely sadistic, and terrifyingly bloody! Everyone needs to experience this place!

Email Verified Backwoods Terror Ranch Is A Must See!!!
We traveled from South Carolina to come to Backwoods Terror Ranch. Our first experience with Sweet Valley Ranch was during their Festival of Lights attraction. The haunted house exceeded our expectations. The security staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There was music playing throughout the farm. The lighting and other special effects were unbelievable. They have a gift shop and sell snacks. Everything was reasonably price. Finally, it was very scary!!!

Email Verified Backwoods Terror Ranch is amazing
My wife and two of our friends visited Backwoods Terror Ranch. We were amazed at the detail. They had a mansion and it was very realistic. Down to the furniture, paintings on walls and books in the library. The Slaughterhouse was almost too scary for some of the folks in our group. The cemetery was awesome and the actors were all on point. This is a must see. We are going back on Halloween night.
