Cajun Queen is an old home that has since been converted into a quaint restaurant with a bar and jazz room. Unfortunately, one of its former owners seems to be displeased about the state of her home, and reportedly haunts the restaurant and its visitors. Explanations vary, with some arguing that she is angry that her old room has been turned into a bar, and others thinking that a drink is all she wants.

My great-grandfather built the home for my great-grandmother and their children. When he passed, my great-grandmother turned it into a boarding home for financial reasons, which is where my grandmother met my grandfather. Eventually it was sold to an outside party.
Our family story is that my great-grandmother was a teetotaler and is displeased her bedroom is now a bar, so she haunts it with annoyance.
