The Country Squire Restaurant, Inn & Winery of Warsaw is home to the spirit of the location's original owner, Joe West. He is rumored to still hang around the restaurant to make sure that everything runs the way he likes it to. Visitors have said that when near the dartboard you must be extra careful, as darts have been known to fly through the air by themselves. Along with this, chatter and phantom footsteps have also been heard in the Jester's Court and in various hallways.
